    III-V族化合物半導体は、多様な材料で任意のバンド・プロファイルを持つ多接合構造太陽電池を構成することで、40％以上の超⾼効率光電変換が可能である。変換効率50％以上が期待できる４接合材料として、InGaAsN材料の⾼品質成膜と物性・⽋陥評価に関する研究を行う。
