    各種面方位を有するサファイア基板を”反応性基板”と捉え,その上にゾル‐ゲル法により成膜した{222}優先配向イットリア薄膜との反応により生成するイットリウムアルミニウムガーネット(YAG)薄膜の結晶配向性をYAG相が生成するまでの相変化とともに明らかにした.主相は,加熱温度が上昇するにしたがい,六方晶イットリウムアルミネート(YAH),YAGと,Alリッチの化合物相へと順に変化し,イットリアの配向はYAHの{101}に継承された.サファイア(0001)基板上でYAG膜は{211}優先配向することがわかった.

    白金を担持したアロフェンナノ粒子を水熱プロセスにより合成し,構造をXRD,FT-IR,TEM,化学状態をXPSにより調べた.水熱処理後に乾燥して得られた粉末のX線回折パターンはアロフェンの生成を示し,Pt成分の添加で変化することはなかった.一方でIRスペクトルには1300-1500 cm-1付近に新たなピークが現れ,アロフェンとPtとの間に形成された結合によるものと考えられる.XPSスペクトルの解析の結果,大気中,250℃で加熱後,Ptは一部PtOxの状態で存在するものの,主として金属状態となっていることがわかった.TEM観察により,数nmサイズのPt粒子が分散して存在していることがわかった.

    In this paper, the current pulses during ECDM were observed and classified according to their durations and peaks for the comparisons of machining performance by ECDM with those using multiple electrodes connected electrically in parallel and a single electrode.
